The authors (Pierre Borgnat, Bertrand Asseray, Jean-Yves Moyen and Jean-Christophe Dubacq) took the most interesting game Europa Universalis authored by Philippe Thibault and published originally by Azure Wish, and rewrote the rules so that it would actually be an even more interesting, more accurate, more playable, more manageable, more beautiful...
